Product Offerings

Pre-Purchase

When you choose us for your pre-purchase inspection, you will receive the most thorough, comprehensive, professional inspection available. We take pride in our personal approach to every assignment and put ourselves in your shoes for what is probably the largest investment of your lifetime. You are welcome to walk along as the inspection is performed, and our inspector will fully explain any defects he finds, as well as point out maintenance items that need to be done. We also make an effort to point out all the great aspects of the home. Once the inspection is completed all the information gathered will be entered into a laptop computer and printed on site. The report comes in a 3-ring binder and details the different sections of the home. A summary is also provided to both you and your real estate agent. At the conclusion of the inspection you can be confident that you are making an informed decision. Our inspectors are also available to speak with you later on if you, your realtor, or attorney need any additional information or clarification.

Seller Pre-Sale

The pre-sale or pre-listing inspection provides an objective evaluation of the condition of your property. We can point out maintenance items as well as any defects. As the seller, you won’t have any surprises once you receive an offer, and you can appropriately price your home from the start. This inspection provides an opportunity to correct defects , eliminating the negotiable issues that always arise when you're selling. You will receive a detailed computer generated report at the conclusion of the inspection.

Builder Warranty Period Inspections

Many buyers of new construction need a professional to examine the home prior to the expiration of the 1 year warranty. When you get a professional inspection it helps to eliminate negotiations with the builder on repairs to be done. Warranty period inspections are generally performed in the 10th or 11th month of new home ownership. Special attention is paid to minor or cosmetic defects that may be covered under your new home warranty. A computer generated, narrative report is furnished upon completion of the inspection

Progressive Inspections

Progressive inspections involve going to a building site a number of times during construction. Typically we visit and examine the site when the footings and foundation are being done, at framing, roof, pre-drywall and a final inspection. We are always available for consultation with any client and our progressive inspections are tailored to exactly what you as the buyer need us to do. Call for a quote.
