Quality Real Estate Inspections, Inc. is owned and operated by Phil and Tari Mitcheff. Phil is an Illinois Licensed Home Inspector and Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Tari has over 20 years experience in business management as well as being a licensed Radon Testing Professional in the state of Illinois. Our services include inspections for pre-purchase, pre-sale (sellers inspection), warranty period, consulting inspections and progressive inspections of Single Family homes, Townhomes, Condos, Multi-Unit Buildings, Manufactured Homes, and Commercial Properties. Licensing

Licensing is required in the state of Illinois. All inspectors employed by Quality Real Estate Inspections, Inc. have passed all licensing exams offered by the state, as well as attend required continuing education courses. In addition, we are members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), and all of our inspections are performed in accordance with their standards.

All of our inspectors must meet a strict set of internal training guidelines, and they are all equipped with state-of -the-art inspection equipment.

Our state license number is 0510000169. All inspectors will have their individual license number printed on your report.
